How it is measured
Four independent vantage points — three on different network providers in Türkiye (Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa) and one in Germany — check the services every 30 seconds. A service is reported as down only when more than one point confirms it.
Why it stays up
The page does not run on Alastyr's own servers but on independent infrastructure abroad, so it remains reachable even during an outage on the Alastyr side.
